Overview
Our refund and return policy lasts 14 days and applies only to products present in the SPONSORSHIP STORE. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds – Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you when your refund is approved or rejected.
If the product was damaged in transit, we will offer you a refund or exchange.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method, within a certain number of days.
Exchanges – We only replace items if defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.
Gifts – If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once we receive your returned item, a gift card will be sent to you. If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to them to give to you later, we will send the gift giver a refund and they will be made aware of your return.
Shipping and returns – To return the product, you must ship the product to our physical address which will be sent to you when you need it. You will be responsible for paying shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your replaced product to reach you may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, you may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
