Qual è il significato dei colori? Cosa può indurre una persona a preferire un colore al posto di un altro? Il colore più affine ai propri gusti o quello più lontano possono svelare diversi aspetti della personalità, del gusto e del carattere. E con questa motivazione che nasce 3D PROJECT ROOM, la piattaforma interattiva che omaggia il colore e che, con questo quarto appuntamento dal titolo “ IN A PINK ROOM” (le cui precedenti edizioni sono sul rosso, il blu e il bianco e nero, attualmente offline e il catalogo è online), la mostra ripercorre attraverso le opere in mostra, le attitudini e il temperamento i ciascun artista presente.

Molti studi, hanno dimostrato, infatti, che il nostro umore, come pure l’appetito e persino la pressione sanguigna e alcune funzioni metaboliche del nostro organismo vengono influenzate dai colori. Da diversi anni, infatti, viene proposta una particolare dieta composta da frutti pigmentati con i cinque colori principali. Tutto questo per avere un regime alimentare da cui possiamo trarre ampi benefici per il nostro benessere sia fisico che emotivo. Il colore ROSA è simbolo della capacità di dare e riceve amore. La caratteristica principale è quella di alleggerire la mente da pensieri negativi, aprendosi verso il prossimo in un continuo ed equilibrato scambio tra il dare e il ricevere.

Con “Riflesso” Giovanni Lamorgese pone il suo sguardo al mondo quotidiano, agli oggetti che vediamo ogni giorno e che riflettono il nostro gusto e il nostro carattere. Con “L’attesa”, l’attenzione agli spazi urbani è la ricerca di Paola Adornato, che mette a fuoco porzioni di vedute di paesaggi industriali, talvolta abbandonati che ammaliano lo spettatore per i suoi contrasti pop. Più vicini alla cultura underground sono le opere illustrate di Pierre-Paul Pariseau, uno degli artisti più corteggiati dell’illustrazione canadese e non solo; il messicano Christian Calvillo Pedrosa, con le “Revolution”, di matrice graffitista, l’artista americano Matthew Giuffrè con i suoi capolavori di illustrazione pop e la tedesca Kadie Schmidt-Hackenberg con i suoi omini fantasma in contrasto a elementi architettonici.

Ricerca sull’identità nell’”Emerging model” con le opere dell’australiano Ben Mitchell e con l’oracolo di “Lista de Madona” del venezuelano Astolfo Funes. Memorie e potere delle donne con le opere dell’artista indiana Shilpa Joglekar e Sofi Basseghi dall’Australia. “Il paesaggio nel cielo” nelle bellissime opere dell’artista francese Andria Santarelli, la flora vista dall’artista svedese Katarina Norling, conosciuta in Svezia e non solo per le sue grandi installazioni urbane, realizzate con materiali di recupero e carta lavorata. Con questa tecnica anche l’installazione della francese Anne Gerard-Bendelè, presente in mostra con “Laika in the space”, e l’italiana Maria Irene Vairo con “Flussi”. Con “Titani” il face-to-face tra animali della terra e del mare nelle opere dell’italiana D&S, che in queste opere esplora le meraviglie del mare per una serie di opere denominate “Sea Wunderkamer”. Anch’esse rivelano una matrice pop, in quanto i soggetti vengono estratti dal loro contesto naturale e diventano pattern in questi tableaux. Tutte le opere in mostra, parlano al mondo del mondo, del nostro quotidiano, del nostro gusto e carattere.

What is the significance of the colors? What can cause a person to prefer one color instead of another? The color more akin to their tastes or the farthest can reveal different aspects of personality, taste, character. This is motivation that comes by 3D PROJECT ROOM, the interactive platform that pays homage to the color and that, with this fourth round entitled “IN A PINK ROOM” (whose previous editions are on red, blue and black and white color, they are currently offline but is online catalog), the exhibition traces through the works on display, attitudes and temperament of the each artist present.

Many scientific research have shown that our mood, as well as appetite and even blood pressure and certain metabolic functions of the body are affected by the colors. For several years, in fact, it is given a special diet consisting of fruits pigmented with the five main colors. All this for a diet from which we can draw ample benefits to our well-being, both physical and emotional.

The PINK color is a symbol of the ability to give and receive love. The main feature is to relieve your mind of negative thoughts, opening up to the next in a continuous and balanced exchange between giving and receiving.

With “Riflesso/Reflection” the work by italian artist Giovanni Lamorgese puts his eye to the everyday world, the objects that we see every day and that reflect our taste and our character. With “L’attesa/Waiting”, the attention by italian artist Paola Adornato to urban spaces is the search for, focusing portions of views of industrial, sometimes abandoned landscapes that captivate the audience for its contrasts pop.

Closer to the underground pop culture the works by Pierre-Paul Pariseau, one of the artists most courted of Canadian illustration and not only; the Mexican artist Christian Calvillo Pedrosa, with “Revolution”, motivated graffiti artist, the American artist Matthew Giuffrè with its masterpieces of illustration pop and the German artist Kadie Schmidt-Hackenberg with her men-ghost in contrast to architectural elements.

Project Room is the first experiment on real time in 3D of multidisciplinary art and cross teaching on contemporary art, suitable for artists and collectors, teachers, students and practitioners, to stimulate the use of the work of art in the exhibition space, to understand the importance of the display, the quality of the spaces, learning materials, the works on display, all of which are peculiar to the activity of an art gallery.
